Privacyverklaring
Valuta is een valuta-omrekenaar voor iPhone, iPad, Mac en Apple Watch. De korte versie: Valuta verzamelt zelf geen gegevens over jou. Er is geen account en er wordt niets gevolgd. Op iPhone en iPad staat onderaan een advertentie; die verdwijnt met de aankoop Advertentievrij.

Wisselkoersen
Valuta haalt de referentiekoersen van de Europese Centrale Bank op via de openbare dienst Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev). Daarbij wordt niets over jou meegestuurd: geen bedragen, geen valuta die je kiest, geen apparaat-ID en geen cookies. Zoals bij elke internetverbinding ziet die server wel je IP-adres; Valuta gebruikt dat niet en koppelt het aan niets.
Gegevens op je apparaten
Je laatste bedrag, je favoriete valutaparen en je instellingen worden op je apparaat bewaard. Je favorieten en instellingen worden via iCloud van Apple gesynchroniseerd tussen je eigen apparaten (zoals je iPhone en Apple Watch). Die gegevens staan in jouw iCloud-account; wij kunnen ze niet inzien. Verwijder je de app, dan verdwijnen de gegevens op dat apparaat.
Siri en Opdrachten
Gebruik je Valuta met Siri of in de Opdrachten-app, dan verwerkt Apple je spraak volgens het privacybeleid van Apple. Valuta krijgt alleen het bedrag en de valuta om om te rekenen, en bewaart die niet.
Advertenties (iPhone en iPad)
Sinds versie 1.1 toont Valuta op iPhone en iPad een kleine advertentie onderaan het scherm, via Google AdMob. Valuta vraagt alleen niet-gepersonaliseerde advertenties op: er wordt geen profiel van je gemaakt en je wordt niet gevolgd in andere apps of websites. Valuta vraagt daarom ook niet om toestemming voor tracking en heeft geen toegang tot de advertentie-ID van je apparaat.
Om een advertentie te tonen ontvangt Google wel technische gegevens, zoals je IP-adres (voor een globale locatie), het type apparaat, de taal en gegevens over hoe de advertentie wordt getoond en aangeklikt. Google gebruikt die om advertenties te leveren, fraude te voorkomen en te meten. Zie hoe Google gegevens gebruikt in apps van partners.
Woon je in de Europese Economische Ruimte, het Verenigd Koninkrijk of Zwitserland, dan vraagt Valuta eerst je toestemming via het toestemmingsscherm van Google. Je kunt je keuze altijd wijzigen via ⋯ → Privacykeuzes advertenties.
Met de eenmalige aankoop Advertentievrij verdwijnen de advertenties voorgoed, en wordt Google ook niet meer gestart. De aankoop loopt via Apple; wij ontvangen geen betaalgegevens. Valuta op de Mac en Apple Watch heeft geen advertenties.
Geen analyse, geen tracking
Valuta gebruikt geen analysediensten en volgt je niet in andere apps of websites.
Kinderen
Valuta is niet gericht op kinderen en verzamelt zelf van niemand gegevens. De advertenties zijn niet-gepersonaliseerd.
Je rechten
Volgens de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG) heb je recht op inzage, correctie en verwijdering van je persoonsgegevens. Omdat Valuta zelf geen gegevens over jou verzamelt, hebben wij niets over jou om in te zien of te verwijderen. Voor gegevens die Google voor advertenties verwerkt, kun je terecht bij Google. Heb je een vraag of klacht, mail ons dan. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Wijzigingen
Als Valuta verandert, bijvoorbeeld door nieuwe functies, passen we deze verklaring aan. De datum bovenaan laat zien wanneer dat voor het laatst is gebeurd.
Privacy policy
Valuta is a currency converter for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. In short: Valuta itself does not collect any data about you. There is no account and nothing is tracked. On iPhone and iPad a small ad is shown at the bottom; it disappears with the Ad-free purchase.

Exchange rates
Valuta fetches the European Central Bank's reference rates through the public Frankfurter service (api.frankfurter.dev). Nothing about you is sent: no amounts, no chosen currencies, no device ID and no cookies. As with any internet connection, that server sees your IP address; Valuta does not use it or link it to anything.
Data on your devices
Your last amount, favourite currency pairs and settings are stored on your device. Favourites and settings are synced between your own devices (such as your iPhone and Apple Watch) through Apple's iCloud. They are stored in your iCloud account; we cannot see them. Deleting the app removes the data on that device.
Siri and Shortcuts
When you use Valuta with Siri or the Shortcuts app, Apple processes your voice under Apple's privacy policy. Valuta only receives the amount and currencies to convert and does not store them.
Ads (iPhone and iPad)
Since version 1.1, Valuta shows a small ad at the bottom of the screen on iPhone and iPad, through Google AdMob. Valuta only requests non-personalised ads: no profile is built and you are not tracked across other apps or websites. That is why Valuta does not ask for permission to track and has no access to your device's advertising identifier.
To show an ad, Google does receive technical data such as your IP address (for an approximate location), device type, language and how the ad is shown and tapped. Google uses this to serve ads, prevent fraud and measure them. See how Google uses data from partner apps.
If you live in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, Valuta first asks for your consent through Google's consent form. You can change your choice at any time via ⋯ → Ad privacy choices.
The one-time Ad-free purchase removes the ads for good, and Google is then no longer started. The purchase is handled by Apple; we receive no payment details. Valuta on Mac and Apple Watch has no ads.
No analytics, no tracking
Valuta uses no analytics and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Children
Valuta is not aimed at children and itself collects no data from anyone. The ads are non-personalised.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. Because Valuta itself collects no data about you, we hold nothing about you to show or delete. For data Google processes for ads, please contact Google. Questions or complaints: email us. You can also contact your data protection authority.
Changes
If Valuta changes, for example with new features, we will update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest update.

Dabei wird nichts über dich übertragen: keine Beträge, keine gewählten Währungen, keine Geräte-ID und keine Cookies. Wie bei jeder Internetverbindung sieht dieser Server deine IP-Adresse; Valuta verwendet sie nicht und verknüpft sie mit nichts.
Daten auf deinen Geräten
Dein letzter Betrag, deine Favoriten und deine Einstellungen werden auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Favoriten und Einstellungen werden über Apples iCloud zwischen deinen eigenen Geräten (z. B. iPhone und Apple Watch) synchronisiert. Sie liegen in deinem iCloud-Konto; wir können sie nicht einsehen. Wenn du die App löschst, werden die Daten auf diesem Gerät entfernt.
Siri und Kurzbefehle
Wenn du Valuta mit Siri oder in der Kurzbefehle-App nutzt, verarbeitet Apple deine Sprache gemäß der Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple. Valuta erhält nur den Betrag und die Währungen zum Umrechnen und speichert sie nicht.
Werbung (iPhone und iPad)
Seit Version 1.1 zeigt Valuta auf iPhone und iPad unten auf dem Bildschirm eine kleine Anzeige über Google AdMob. Valuta fordert nur nicht personalisierte Anzeigen an: Es wird kein Profil von dir erstellt und du wirst nicht über andere Apps oder Websites hinweg verfolgt. Deshalb fragt Valuta auch nicht nach der Erlaubnis zum Tracking und hat keinen Zugriff auf die Werbe-ID deines Geräts.
Um eine Anzeige zu zeigen, erhält Google technische Daten wie deine IP-Adresse (für einen ungefähren Standort), den Gerätetyp, die Sprache und Angaben dazu, wie die Anzeige angezeigt und angetippt wird. Google nutzt diese, um Anzeigen auszuliefern, Betrug zu verhindern und Anzeigen zu messen. Siehe wie Google Daten in Partner-Apps verwendet.
Wenn du im Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum, im Vereinigten Königreich oder in der Schweiz wohnst, bittet Valuta zuerst über das Einwilligungsformular von Google um deine Zustimmung. Du kannst deine Auswahl jederzeit über ⋯ → Datenschutz bei Werbung ändern.
Mit dem einmaligen Kauf Werbefrei verschwindet die Werbung dauerhaft, und Google wird nicht mehr gestartet. Der Kauf läuft über Apple; wir erhalten keine Zahlungsdaten. Valuta auf dem Mac und der Apple Watch zeigt keine Werbung.
Keine Analyse, kein Tracking
Valuta nutzt keine Analysedienste und verfolgt dich nicht über andere Apps oder Websites hinweg.
Kinder
Valuta richtet sich nicht an Kinder und erhebt selbst von niemandem Daten. Die Anzeigen sind nicht personalisiert.

Da Valuta selbst keine Daten über dich erhebt, haben wir nichts über dich, das wir zeigen oder löschen könnten. Für Daten, die Google für Werbung verarbeitet, wende dich bitte an Google. Änderungen

Taux de change
Valuta récupère les taux de référence de la Banque centrale européenne via le service public Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev). Comme pour toute connexion internet, ce serveur voit votre adresse IP ; Valuta ne l'utilise pas et ne la relie à rien.
Données sur vos appareils
Votre dernier montant, vos paires de devises favorites et vos réglages sont stockés sur votre appareil. Les favoris et réglages sont synchronisés entre vos propres appareils (comme votre iPhone et votre Apple Watch) via iCloud d'Apple. Ils sont stockés dans votre compte iCloud ; nous ne pouvons pas les voir. Supprimer l'app efface les données sur cet appareil.
Siri et Raccourcis
Si vous utilisez Valuta avec Siri ou dans l'app Raccourcis, Apple traite votre voix conformément à la politique de confidentialité d'Apple. Valuta reçoit uniquement le montant et les devises à convertir, et ne les conserve pas.
Publicités (iPhone et iPad)
Depuis la version 1.1, Valuta affiche sur iPhone et iPad une petite publicité en bas de l'écran, via Google AdMob. Valuta ne demande que des publicités non personnalisées : aucun profil n'est créé et vous n'êtes pas suivi dans d'autres apps ou sites web. C'est pourquoi Valuta ne demande pas l'autorisation de suivi et n'a pas accès à l'identifiant publicitaire de votre appareil.
Pour afficher une publicité, Google reçoit des données techniques comme votre adresse IP (pour une localisation approximative), le type d'appareil, la langue et la façon dont la publicité est affichée et touchée. 為替レート

デバイス上のデータ
最後に入力した金額、お気に入りの通貨ペア、設定はデバイスに保存されます。お気に入りと設定は、AppleのiCloudを通じてあなた自身のデバイス間（iPhoneとApple Watchなど）で同期されます。これらはあなたのiCloudアカウントに保存され、私たちが閲覧することはできません。アプリを削除すると、そのデバイス上のデータも削除されます。
Siriとショートカット
SiriやショートカットAppでValutaを使う場合、音声はAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従ってAppleが処理します。Valutaが受け取るのは換算する金額と通貨のみで、それらは保存しません。
広告（iPhoneとiPad）
バージョン1.1以降、ValutaはiPhoneとiPadの画面下部に、Google AdMobによる小さな広告を表示します。Valutaがリクエストするのはパーソナライズされていない広告のみです。あなたのプロフィールが作成されることはなく、他のAppやWebサイトをまたいで追跡されることもありません。そのため、Valutaはトラッキングの許可を求めず、デバイスの広告識別子にもアクセスしません。
広告を表示するため、GoogleはIPアドレス（おおよその位置）、デバイスの種類、言語、広告の表示やタップに関する情報などの技術的なデータを受け取ります。Googleはこれを広告の配信、不正防止、効果測定に使用します。詳しくはパートナーのアプリでのGoogleのデータ使用をご覧ください。
欧州経済領域、英国、スイスにお住まいの場合、Valutaはまず Googleの同意画面であなたの同意を求めます。選択はいつでも ⋯ →「広告のプライバシー設定」から変更できます。
1回限りの購入「広告なし」で広告は完全に非表示になり、Googleも起動しなくなります。購入はAppleを通じて行われ、私たちが支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。MacとApple WatchのValutaには広告はありません。

匯率
Valuta 透過公開服務 Frankfurter（api.frankfurter.dev）取得歐洲中央銀行的參考匯率。過程中不會傳送任何關於你的資訊：沒有金額、沒有你選擇的貨幣、沒有裝置 ID，也沒有 Cookie。如同任何網路連線，該伺服器會看到你的 IP 位址；Valuta 不會使用它，也不會將它與任何資料連結。

廣告（iPhone 與 iPad）
自 1.1 版起，Valuta 會在 iPhone 與 iPad 的畫面底部透過 Google AdMob 顯示一則小廣告。Valuta 只請求非個人化廣告：不會建立你的個人檔案，也不會在其他 App 或網站中追蹤你。因此 Valuta 不會要求追蹤許可，也無法存取你裝置的廣告識別碼。
為了顯示廣告，Google 會收到技術資料，例如你的 IP 位址（用於大略位置）、裝置類型、語言，以及廣告的顯示與點按情形。Google 會將這些資料用於提供廣告、防止詐騙與成效評估。請參閱 Google 如何使用合作夥伴 App 的資料。
如果你居住在歐洲經濟區、英國或瑞士，Valuta 會先透過 Google 的同意畫面徵求你的同意。你隨時可以在 ⋯ →「廣告隱私權選項」中更改選擇。
購買一次性項目「無廣告」後，廣告將永久消失，Google 也不會再啟動。購買由 Apple 處理，我們不會收到任何付款資料。Mac 與 Apple Watch 版的 Valuta 沒有廣告。
不分析、不追蹤
Valuta 不使用任何分析服務，也不會在其他 App 或網站中追蹤你。
兒童
Valuta 並非以兒童為對象，且 Valuta 本身不會蒐集任何人的資料。廣告為非個人化廣告。
你的權利
